"You are easy to speak to on the phone and always tried to help better answer my questions regarding the various recumbent bikes you carry. Never did you try to guilt trip me into buying something that I may not feel comfortable making decisions on... Thank you!!!! I wish all sales people took time to care and listen to their customers rather than making a quick pitch sale. You never did that!!!!
