It's no secret that my favorite bicycling magazine is Peter Eland's excellent Velo Vision; it's the only publication out there that truly covers every type of bicycle used for transportation. Peter does a wonderful job with VV, so I was excited to hear that he's starting a new magazine that will focus solely on electric bikes called the Electric Bike Magazine.
