What about returns, repairs, warranties and exchanges?
If requested, RBR will provide customer with most recent manufacturer's warranty, as provided to RBR by the manufacturer. It is the responsibility of the manufacturer, and not RBR, to honor their respective warranties. RBR will provide warranty service when able to and authorized to do so by the manufacturer. For a non-warranty returned item, the item being must have to have been purchased new from RBR within the prior 10 days. Customers will incur a 15% re-stocking fee for the returned merchandise. To receive refund, the item must be returned to RBR in brand new, unused condition, complete with all packaging, manufacturer's shipping carton, and all supplied manuals, parts and accessories. The shipping costs of returns, due to RBR shipping errors only, will be borne exclusively by RBR, and not the customer.
Will I be charged tax?
Six percent sales tax will be charged only on orders shipping within Pennsylvania.
Credit Cards
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Checks and Money Orders
We prefer US Postal Money Orders, available at all US Post Offices. You may however, pay by other money order or personal or business checks, and we're happy to accommodate you. If paying by personal or business check, your order will not be shipped until we receive bank clearance of your payment. Cash is always good. :)
Backorders
Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and must be backordered. If this should occur, you will be notified of the anticipated ship date. If paying by credit card, we will not bill your credit card until your order is about to be shipped.
