Friday May 20th, 2005:
Store Hours - 10:00 am to 5:00 pm (You can pick up your registration packet and ride maps at the RBR store.) 6:00 - Kick Off Get Together at the AutoPort featuring Bryan Ball, Editor of 'BentRider Online http://bentrideronline.com/ . Goodies and cash bar.
Saturday May 21st, 2005:
Registration and Check-In - Starting at 7:30 am at PA Military Museum in Boalsburg.

Morning Tour - 8:00 am - Meet at Boalsburg Military Museum parking lot. Enjoy a 62 mile, 35 mile, or 15 mile mapped ride with leaders and sweepers. Other ride maps are available. Helmets are required, and bring plenty of water.

Store Hours - Come join us at the Museum for rides and mechanic work.

Demo Rides and general fun. - 11:00 am to 4:00 pm - Recumbent bike, trike, and accessory representatives will include: Bacchetta, Reynolds Weld Lab, WizWheelz, Longbikes, Sigma Sport, Rotor System, Challenge, and more. Helmets are required, of course. We will post additional manufacturers as we firm up the list. 2:30 to 4:00 Recumbent Bike and Trike Tune-Up Workshop with Eric Roman of Mt. Nittany Wheel Works.

Afternoon Self-Guided Tour - Take a map from your registration packet, grab some other recumbent folks, and go exploring the Central PA countryside. Rides for all levels of experience.

Socialize, relax, ride the 6 mile small loop (4:00-?) Catered Picnic Supper [same yummy chicken] (6:00pm)at Stan and Darlene's "Smithanson Acres" in Oak Hall - 6:00 to 9:00 pm. We have also hired a band for some tunes starting at 8:00pm. We have lights this year! :)

Sunday May 22nd, 2005:

Morning Tour (before you go home) 9:00 am. - Meet at Fairbrook Park parking lot. Enjoy one of the mapped routes with tour leaders and sweepers on each route.

Store Hours - Maybe a few, but basically, we'll be at the Rally. :)


Registration is $55. Registration includes Friday night's kick off at the AutoPort (with Bryan Ball as guest speaker), Saturday evening's meal, Sunday's ride, eligibility for door prizes, lots of fun, and ride maps.

2005 RBR Recumbent Rally Online Registration Form - print it, sign it and mail it in with a check or money order.


Directions:
Take Route 322 to State College. Follow 322 Business Route.

Coming West on Route 322, pass Hills Plaza and the Autoport Motel on the right; 2 blocks after the Autoport, turn LEFT into RBR.

Coming East on Route 322, pass Penn State, pass Westerly Parkway, pass the Uni-Mart on the right side and begin to look for RBR on your RIGHT. (1.2 miles from College Ave.)

From Route 26, follow Pugh Street away from the Penn State campus and the road ends at RBR.

Or, you can go to Mapquest for the specific directions to the RBR store in State College, PA.

Both Boalsburg and Oak Hall "Smithanson Acres" are right off Atherton St. just 4-5 miles away.

Accommodations:

The Autoport has reserved a small block of rooms for the rally. Tell them you're with the RBR Rally.
