The Gekko fx folding trike has gotten all of the attention after Interbike, but HPVelotechnik has also introduced several new innovations at accessories for the rest of their line. Stocking Stuffers!

It couldn’t be much easier than this… and sometimes (been there) it can be really awkward without something like this simple pair of pliers to open those ‘missing link’ connectors! And then there is this chain-wear measuring tool! Even I can push the little level with one finger… Now there are a couple of “stocking [...]

“End of the Road”

Today’s little trip around the park was actually for a whole separate reason… I’ve been shooting the same ride since summer, recording the change of the seasons and then hoping to do a video of one ride around the park with each season gradually morphing into the next. Great plan until you run into a [...]

We learned today (from Ligfiets.net) that Cycle Vision is moving to Biddinghuizen in 2011. Make your 70 mm. brakes REALLY work!

I have been talking to friends about braking power on velomobiles… or at least on my Mango. The braking power has been a wee bit weaker than I had anticipated; enough so that I have consciously added to the braking distance I will need in almost every situation. David Hembrow has a solution that may [...]
