RBR Blog
Travis is the webmaster, resident blogger, and A/V geek of RBR. He is a fan of recumbents but couldn't possibly talk in terms of gear ratios, so don't expect his blog entries to be a technical tour de force. But do expect them to be down to earth if not a little overenthusiastic at times.
And please excuse his strong bias for Catrike, Hase, and HP Velotechnik.

We were big fans of the Purple Sky flags when they were available, but, sadly, we can no longer get them as Purple Sky went out of business due to supply and manufacturing issues.
As a result, we've had a bit of a flag gap and have worked to find alternatives. The result is our new custom RBR recumbent flags. We're offering them initially in the RBR logo colors and with or without reflective striping.
The non-reflective flags are $29 and the reflective are $39.
One nice thing about these new flags is that the poles are shock corded, which means the poles can be folded without losing any parts. This allows you to easily store them for transport.
Here's what they look like!

It's no secret that we keep a lot of Cats at RBR. Big cats, little cats, fast cats. No angry cats. But as any Cat owner knows, too many in one place can be a smelly affair. That's why we have loads of litter shipped into RBR, to make sure our Cats and our shop have that freshly scooped smell that customers appreciate. We use fast clumping litter so the Cats don't leave a Trail when they leap out on their latest Expeditions.

Valentine's Day doesn't work for everyone, and as a result, we have a very yellow RANS Screamer tandem for sale at $5200. Rear rack for carrying your baggage (assuming you two don't have too much to deal with) and S&S couplers for when you need a break from one another. Or for when things don't work out and you each get half. We hate it when that happens. For the sake of the tandem, work things out.
